My experience with Immeubles Centraux dates back to 2001, not long after their initial foray into the industry. Having previously owned multi-res properties in Montreal and Toronto which had always been self-managed, I sought out a property manager who would deliver a truly “hands-on” experience, and would handle the demanding day-to-day operational details seamlessly, all the while providing me with the feedback and daily contact I required. Further to that, I desired a service provider which would think “outside the box” in being driven to significantly raise the property’s value, while constantly working to strategize its full marketing potential.
As difficult a set of demands as those were, Centraux has consistently risen to the task, while often topping the bar! I have always been able to turn to Leon Caron and his superb staff to ensure results that often exceed the stringent standards I set for myself! While providing support that offers me a worry-free environment in which to grow my properties’ potential, Centraux constantly seeks to improve the value of my properties by offering ideas and plans that are later executed in a manner consistent with their forecasted of results.
I have always regarded Leon Caron as a true “partner” in the operation of my properties, without whom I would often be “rudderless”.
For me, the choice is clear: one either considers using Centraux as your management partner, or one simply continues to have their property languish in a flat or declining state, by doing it themselves...

Four years ago, we acquired a student residence under the management of Immeubles Centraux. It was our first experience with property managers. I was pleasantly surprised to experience their professionalism firsthand, and to witness how deftly they handled day to day operations, resolved problems and charted a course for the building over medium and long terms.
